"Wow I have to be honest .. for anyone who hates Auto insurance as much as I do, Ben made it so painless and so I don’t like doing these things. I had Progressive and was paying quite a bit more a month and previously paid six months ahead of time to save money. Right now I’m not in a financial position to do so, so I paid for one month and have additional coverage and Ben made it happen. He offered to call progressive and cancel with me, so to make it a much easier transition and I just sent an email with my policy information to cancel. I always feel like I’m talking to a car salesman and Ben was the complete opposite. Even though I was a bit aggressive in the beginning because I didn’t want to be talked into anything he was kind, polite, and incredibly understanding what a great experience and I can tell you I’ve had terrible experiences with companies that represent a slew of insurance companies, so this was really nice to speak to someone who was educated he did not force anything upon me, but he listed what I had and what he would like to do and not only did he save me money. He made sure to let me know that he could be reached at the number I repeated to him and he said to just ask for him.. I wish I could give more stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
