"I originally chose this State Farm office because of Ben. He was the only person who ever made insurance feel simple and clear. Unfortunately, once he left, everything became inconsistent and chaotic. No one seems to know what they’re doing, and every answer changes depending on who you talk to. This experience is exactly why I’ve always disliked auto insurance. The verbal explanations never match what shows up later, and getting anything in writing is like pulling teeth. I reached out last Friday, I emailed corporate this week, and I will continue to escalate until someone at State Farm pays attention. Even when you try to escalate a concern, the system just reroutes you right back to the same office you’re trying to complain about. It’s unbelievable. People buy from people, and Ben proved that. Now, without him, it feels like complete confusion and zero accountability. That’s not the feeling anyone wants when they’re paying for insurance."
