"Public Service Announcement to consumers: December 8, 2025 Listen closely. Being polite, kind, and professional does not give any business permission to mishandle your account, ignore you, or take advantage of your trust. Please don’t confuse professionalism with passivity. Being nice and considerate and polite are my norm. I will not allow anything else. At no point has anyone in this office been rude to me, and I want that made very clear. This isn’t about attitudes. This is about accountability, accuracy, and transparency. I tried handling this directly with the Allen Miller office in Navarre, Florida. I gave them more than enough time and multiple chances to fix a very simple issue. Instead, my billing became inconsistent, questions about the changes were avoided, and no one provided the written breakdown I repeatedly requested. They quoted one thing verbally, charged another, and when asked to clarify, they danced around the truth instead of simply putting the numbers in writing. My bill has shown three different amounts over a short period of time, and none of those numbers match what was originally quoted to me. When I emailed asking valid questions and requesting a simple side-by-side comparison, my questions were tiptoed around and never directly answered despite multiple attempts. I should not have to chase an explanation or beg for transparency from a company I pay. And to be very clear: There has never been communication from Allen himself, not once, until I left a Google review. The only other time I have ever heard from him have been replying to Google reviews. That tells you where the priority is: the appearance, not the service. My reduction in rating from 5 stars to 1 star reflects the mishandling of my account and the complete absence of accountability and follow-through by State Farm Navarre Florida, Allen Miller’s office. I have every screenshot, every email, every timestamp, and every message to prove it. And I will continue updating this review until this is resolved properly. Big companies do not have the right to take advantage of hardworking individuals. I work too hard for my money to be ignored, misled, or treated like my concerns don’t matter. I was advised by State Farm’s own social media support to escalate this to Florida DFS (Florida Department of Financial Services – Consumer Insurance Division), which is exactly what I am doing. If State Farm can immediately bill me when they feel like it, then they can be held accountable when they mishandle a customer’s policies. I’m not going away. I’m not backing down. I am simply expecting the bare minimum: Honesty. Accuracy. Follow-through."

We also responded promptly to your follow-up messages, as evidenced by the email correspondence you shared. We understand that insurance can be confusing, and we strive to provide clear explanations both over the phone and via email. We regret if our communication did not meet your expectations and appreciate your patience as we work to address your concerns. Please feel free to reach out directly if you would like us to review anything further or provide additional clarification."
